I personally loved this book! Ikigai really motivates people to find our purpose in life, how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This book is not just helpful mentally, but also includes the importance of diet and exercise!

This book is for everyone: poor or rich, happy or unhappy, modern or old fashion, young or old… and it may change the way that you see yourself. This book is very enjoyable, especially made for folks who like to learn about other people’s life and so more about themselves. The meaning of Ikigai is explained thoroughly in this book.


This book has all the answers for a longer, happier life if you wish to follow the advice!! It teaches how to relax in life and just be happy! It mainly focuses on living life happily with its own existence, how you protect yourself from the external world. It soothes your mind! It talks about how purpose plays an important role in a man’s life and the different ways in which it manifests itself, it teaches you how to improve your performance in your daily routine and to stay focused.
