This book basically shows a way to help yourself and tells you how people should control themselves in bad times. It also tells people that it is okay to not be positive every time. This books changes your traditional and routine thinking to an extent and makes you to think differently and out of the box. 

In this book, the author tells the difference between improvement and success and he explains how our culture promoted unrealistic expectations and how one should be realistic and different from others. The author urges people to accept themselves for who they are and to accept that they themselves will have certain flaws and imperfections. 

According to the author, expecting too much positive experience is itself a negative experience, and thus to accept a negative experience is itself a positive experience.

In this book, the author explains how trying to feel positive everytime is not good for us and we should be happy with what we are. The author explains to the reader how it is very important for us to prioritize our own thoughts and do what is best for us, without even caring about other people’s opinions. The author tells it’s readers to be worried things that truly matter to them in their life and give less attention for those things that doesn’t. According to the author, this is the ideal way to mental satisfaction and peace.
